From the moment I called and Spoke to Alex on the phone. He answered all my questions, and was able to schedule a technician to come out and took care my stove range top on the next business day. We had just gotten a new stove and oven just in time for Thanksgiving, but with no time to connect it. They were able to get out here three days before Thanksgiving.
